An Introduction
Braj Raj Sharan is a saint(sadhu) who resides in Maan Mandir, Barsana India. He is a devoted student of Shri Ramesh Babaji, a well known, renounced saint, and scholar who has resided in Barsana , Srimati Randharani’s birth place, for over 55 years.
As a devoted student and follower of Ramesh Babaji(Babashri), Braj Raj Sharan has taken it upon himself to spread Babashri’s message about the alarming state of Braj Dham. Babashri’s lifetime goal has to bring Braj Dham back to its original state. Currently Braj Dham, and its many components including sacred mountains, forests, ponds and Yamuna River are in a pathetic state, and deteriorating at an alarming pace. Every Shri Krishna devotee should be concerned about the condition of Braj Dham, yet very few are even aware of the devastation that has and is taking place each day.
Over the last two years Braj Raj Sharan has visited many prominent saints in the Vaishnava community, and has traveled across India and the US to spread his message. The message has been received with great favor and attention at each place he has visited. Shri Krishna devotees have shown a genuine concern for the current state of Braj Dham. Many devotees all around the world have expressed interest in working together to help restore the beauty and piety associated with Braj Dham.
During the course of his visits, Braj Raj Sharan has met with many prominent saints of the various Vaishnava community. The saints of Pushti Marg have vowed to come forward and help with the cleaning and preservation of Yamuna River.

In the course of the last two years, as more people have become aware of Braj Dham deterioration, the following projects have been started by Shri Krishna devotees who have been inspired by Babashri’s word. These include:
Stopping the illegal mining and blasting of the sacred mountains of Braj
Planting trees on the hills of Braj
Opening of a goshalla for sick, abandoned, and old cows
Cleansing, Preservation and Rejuvenation of the Yamuna River
As Braj Raj Sharanji speaks to Shri Krishna devotees around the world, one important part of the message is that the restoration of Braj is not up to one individual. We all must come together, and take on different projects. Each organization, temple, congregation, can take up a restoration venture of its choice, using its own banner, and name. The devotees living in Braj will support the efforts made to help in the preservation of their heritage. They do not want any name or fame as a consequence. The work just needs to be done, for the sake of our future generations, and the well being of Hindu dharma.
Braj Raj Sharan has been gifted with a very melodious voice. His voice is very soothing, entertaining, and popular among everyone who hears it. His singing style has been honed through the teachings of Babashri. Babashri is a wonderful classical singer and musician, and has trained Braj Raj Sharan very well. Shri Yamuna Ji is one of the most sacred rivers in India. It is considered as Patrani of Shri Krishna. However, it has been declared as dead river because of pollution.
Mountains of Braj
The famous mountains of primary sites of pilgrimage were given space in Braj. All the visible mountains in Braj represent these sites of great religious and ecological importance.
